Joost Seilberger, better known as Billy The Kit, a living legend and a true rockstar who took the scene by storm! With global triumphs including Top 40 hits that dominated the charts and mainstage performances across continents from the Netherlands to the USA and Panama to Chez Republic, Billy The Kit's journey knows no boundaries.

In his impressive repertoire, you'll find an MTV Awards anthem, thrilling tours alongside Hardwell and Martin Garrix, and tracks released by Tiesto and remixed by none other than Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. Billy The Kit left his mark in the biggest clubs and festivals, traveled each day to another country and lived like a rockstar.

But here's where things get real. In 2019, Joost hit some challenging crossroads. He faced his struggles, took some time off to clean up his past and work on himself. Nobody knew if he'd ever return, but guess what? He came back! And it’s going to be bigger, better, and stronger than ever before!

Billy didn't just come back for the music; he came back to make a difference. He bravely shared his own struggles, becoming a beacon of hope for others battling their demons. His journey has inadvertently turned him into a role model for many. But that's not all. He's also dipped his toes into the documentary world with a feature on Videoland and has taken the mic as a speaker at international music conventions. He teamed up with Armin van Buuren and Brennan Heart, discussing all aspects of the DJ scene and mental health.

With his unconditional passion for music he started his own label Rise Recordings and Rise publishing in collaboration with ADA music and Warner Music. “Thinking About You” became the first release and got supported in the major playlists and by colleagues like Sam Feldt and Blasterjaxx. His second release “I Got You” is a personal story about sharing struggles, friendship and supporting each other, especially in challenging times. The track is chosen to be the anthem in Yes We Can Clinics where Joost gives workshops for the young fellows after finishing the Jung International coaching academy. Rise Recordings is determined to make a difference from a social perspective; for every song that is released, the label will donate a percentage of its revenue to various charities of their choice.

But Billy the Kit’s fresh motivation knows no bounds. He introduced the groundbreaking concept of "Rock and Rave," combining rock and dance music into a monthly release that set the industry on fire. During his comeback tour he did some incredible closing shows at the most massive rock concerts in the Netherlands with headliners such as Goldband, Di-rect and many more, proving that he had leveled up his game beyond expectations.
